By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms. Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service. • PayPal and Ko-fi are currently my only payment options, i am unable to refund due to currency value issues so consider that carefully before commissioning me.
• i have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my ToS.
• i own all rights to my work, which includes using it for self-advertisement & upload to my personal and public galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon. I can do private commissions as well, so if you don't want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries, please let me know beforehand.
• You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency.
  • Additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for training AI.
• You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or you claim you created the artwork.

What I can do:

• Animals
• Dragons and other fantasy creatures
• Humans, humanoids, and anthros
• simple Weapons, armor, and accessories
• Mild gore

What I will NOT do:

• Explicit nudity or anything sexual (NSFW)
• any mecha or machinery
• urban sceneries
• complex armor or weapons
